This holiday home with modern architecture has an outdoor pool, sun loungers, a barbecue, a covered terrace with seating and a parking space. The house is located in Funtana, a small tourist and fishing village on the west coast of Istria, where there are numerous facilities such as restaurants, bakeries, shops, markets, beach bars, marinas and three campsites.
Villa Costa for 4 persons consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two children, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another bedroom and another bathroom.
NOTE: There are also 2 separate holiday apartments in the building, which have separate, completely independent entrances. The 2 holiday apartments do not use the pool and garden of Villa Costa and are rented separately.
